We help kids gain confidence, make new friends, and improve their skills in our core outdoor sport activities. We at friends of outdoor school are thrilled to announce our first annual summer camp called adventure wild. And welcome to the wild west!
Your Child Can Learn How To Build A Campfire, Identify Edible Plants, Purify Water, Build A Shelter, And Survive In The Wild.

Located on the top of our region’s iconic mountain, campers will spend their days playing hard, exploring the mountain, making friends, and getting dirty—always with an emphasis on protecting our natural resources and environment. Through wonder, inquiry, learning and discovery, your child will spend the summer engaged in art, science and nature activities that will inspire and captivate their senses. At mazama wild day camp (formerly adventure wild summer camp), we believe that authentic learning takes place when children are able to investigate and interact with the world around them.

Established in 1947, camp adventurewood features unique activities including: Drop your kids off before work during our convenient before camp hours. Nature, art, science, and play are the building blocks that campers will use to explore the vibrant life and amazing mysteries found in surrounding green spaces.
